To get the most out of your Gtechniq ceramic coating, it’s essential to follow proper care guidelines. While ceramic coatings dramatically reduce the need for frequent detailing and waxing, routine maintenance is still important to keep your finish looking its best.

Do not wash or expose the vehicle to soaps or detergents

Avoid parking under trees or near sprinklers

If the vehicle gets dirty or wet, rinse gently with water and dry with a clean microfiber towel
🧽 Ongoing Maintenance Tips:

Wash every 2–3 weeks using the two-bucket method or a quality foam cannon

Use a pH-neutral soap designed for coated vehicles (avoid dish soap or harsh cleaners)

Always use clean microfiber towels or wash mitts—never sponges

Dry using soft microfiber drying towels or a blower to reduce the risk of swirls

Avoid automatic car washes with brushes—they can damage the coating and clear coat
